Mr. Guguglianti is a federal prosecutor in the case against Ivan Bozosky and his cohorts, including Forrest Gump. His name and position as a prosecutor (as well as Forrest's claim that "he oughta be mayor or somethin"[1]), hints that he is based upon Rudy Giuliani, real-life mayor of New York City.
