Mister Felder is a director seeking to film a remake of The Creature from the Black Lagoon. He approaches Forrest Gump in Los Angeles, intending him to play the part of the Creature, and sets him up working with Raquel Welch.
When Welch's dress rips off, causing her to flee through Los Angeles and eventually be arrested, Mister Felder arrives with lawyers to get her out of jail - leaving Forrest and Sue to be bailed out by Mister Tribble for a second time.
