Frank Wills is the security guard who discovered the Watergate break-in.
In the Forrest Gump film, while Forrest is staying at the Watergate Hotel, he is disturbed by the light from flashlights in a room of the opposing building. He calls security to tell them that the people in the room may have suffered a broken fuse. Frank Wills responds to the call, and goes on to discover the scandal.
