Dewey, Screwum, & Howe is a New York law firm representing Ivan Bozosky and the members of his firm against the charge of insider trading. The name of the firm (which might be read as "Do we screw 'em? And how!") is based on the common gag in fiction of a law firm having a name apt for stereotypically dishonest lawyers – see Wikipedia's article.
